29/03/2009 - Dissolution of Transport Management Association of the NHS
At an EGM held on 23 March 2009 in Northampton the future of the TMA was discussed with a view to forming a new Committee. No nominations were received for Committee members and those attending the EGM held detailed discussions and a proposal made and voted upon in accordance with section 15 of the TMA Constitution to dissolve the TMA with effect 31 March 2009
